Christmas

We spent Christmas in Arizona this year. It was so awesome so relaxing and so warm so great to be with family and just so Arizona! My parents were so kind to pick us up from the airport on their 26 anniversary. We of course ate dinner at Tia Rosa and saw the temple lights after. We spent time with extended family ate Grandma's DELICIOUS homemade chocolate ice cream (i don't even like ice cream, but i love her's.) We were all so happy that Grandpa was feeling well enough to come into the family room and hang out with all of us on Christmas eve and come to christmas morning at the Gleave's! Kyle, dad and matthew went quail hunting in the desert with Jack, who is also way into hunting and fishing, from my parents ward. Kyle loved it and it has gotten him so excited to move to Arizona and hunt more! My mom and I went shopping while they hunted and picked out some cute fabric for a quilt for the baby. Kyle and I drove around Gilbert again to get an idea of where we would like to buy a home...so fun! Four months without going home for a visit is way too long, so I was so glad to be home!



I got a sewing machine for christmas! we had a major reminder course on how to use a sewing machine.

November 30

November 30th 2005 Kyle got home from his mission in Quetzaltenango, Guatemala.

November 30th 2006 We had our first official date.

November 30th 2009 we had our first prenatal appointment.

I thought it was pretty cool how all these important things happened on the same day. I'm so grateful Kyle served a honorable mission. We read through some mission journal entries on November 30th this year and its amazing to read and see how blessed he was while he was serving his mission. The Lord protects and loves His missionaries. A funny thing that my mom said one time to me that kyle and I laugh about is, one night when i was in high school I was upset and having a fight with an ex-boyfriend and my mom said "who cares about him, your future husbands probably on a mission in guatemala or something right now."....And he was on his mission in guatemala right then!

Our first date was a double date with my roommate Brittany (Buckhannon) Fish and some guy that asked her out. We made delicious grilled cheese sandwiches at the Graf's cabin and played apples to apples and watched Serendipity.

GOOD NEWS!!

We are having a baby!! We are so excited!! Due july 8th, so im 9 weeks along! We were so blessed with being able to get pregnant so fast and with the timing we wanted and everything! Just can't wait to see our little baby! We were going to wait till I was 3 months to tell everyone but it seems like since all the family is so excited no one could hold in the news so we decided to just officially announce it!It was so fun telling both our families.

I started getting pretty sick this week, its miserable but worth it. Kyle has been helping out a ton, since i cant do very much right now, with running to get my saltines and doing dishes, cleaning out the fridge..everything!

Anniversary and Halloween

We had our 2 Year anniversary on October 12! It was Columbus day so Kyle didn't have to work and I just took the day off. Kyle planned out the first half of the day and I planned the second. We went to Brunch up emigration canyon at Ruth's Diner, went to Antelope Island to see the animals, came home and went to color me mine and then made chicken parmesan at home! It was a really good day!

We had kinda a quiet halloween. We didn't really do anything but it was still fun. I love halloween because its kinda like the kick off of the holiday season! Holidays are a really big thing to me though so we had to carve pumpkins and hand out candy! Kyle didn't really want to carve pumpkins so I tried to get him excited and said "you could carve a fish." ...just joking around...and then he really did.

Concerts in September!

Brad Paisley Concert. We had fourth row but we went to stand by the stage and were standing next to it so I guess you could say we were front row! Dierks bentley played at the Brad Paisley concert, he was sooo fun and energetic. I liked him better then Brad Paisley even!

Keith Urban concert was wayyyyyy fun!!!! All of his songs are all my favorite songs! Kyle loves his music too so this was sooo fun!

so long trusty,lovable, cute,dependable corolla. You've been great, and have been the best car. I know you don't have feelings and know that you don't care that im selling you because you are just a piece of metal ( i keep having to remind myself this) but it still makes me sad. but, you weren't that great in the snow, i got stuck a million times and I hated utah because of its stupid snow. And you know what?.. you aren't the safest for our future kids. (no im not pregnant, just looking to the future)
